Fossil of the Day – Who Will You Blame?
The Fossil of the Day awards are presented to the countries that do their best to block progress at the UN climate change negotiations. Every day, CAN International (an umbrella organisation of NGOs) and Avaaz.org present the award at the conference and at embassies around the world to encourage backward countries to clean up their act.
