Welcome to Anjicakes! We're a mother-daughter team, working to start a cake catering business! We're starting with doing what we can until we can do it full time. Our options may be limited depending on your event, or the time of the week (we want to provide good, safe food, and, well, we're also working day jobs!). But anything is worth chatting about! So send us a message! MANY of our recipes make more than one dozen cupcakes. Because we are not a store with daily offerings and we bake to order, we may not be able to provide multiple flavors of one dozen each without additional cost. We will do our best to get you what you desire, but we'll be honest with each order what is realistic for what we can do at the time. Some day we hope to have a big enough operation to fill orders on shorter notice and with greater flexibility! Our main gig is all things cake! Cupcakes, muffins, layer cakes and other party cakes. We may also provide some other small goodies or cookies at some point...we'll keep you posted! We are also fledglings in the specialty cake decorating arena, and may be able to help provide an extra special cake for you if our schedule allows.
